Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a newly formed theatre company. From 2014 until 2019, she served as artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company. The actress also worked for the SSC as a producer and composer of costumes/set designs, music director and as a text coach while serving as Artistic Direction. Although she usually led from inside her ensemble of actors but in the final year of work with SSC King Lear, she was promoted to director and lighting designer.
